I was just reading about Serge LeClerc today and while the story doesn’t have much interest for me, this caught my eye.
Yates said there are still a lot of unanswered questions about the case, including what happened to the laptop computer LeClerc had been using last year.
Wall said in the legislature that the laptop is "said to have been lost" by LeClerc.
I have dropped laptops, wrecked their motherboards, and spilled coffee on them. I have never lost a laptop. You can lose a cell phone pretty easily but a laptop? Even a netbook is hard to believe.
I don’t know if LeClerc did or didn’t lose the laptop but the I agree with Kevin Yates, there are a lot of questions that are out there. I don’t know if I need them answered but it just keeps getting weirder.
My own thought is that a lie detector test administrated by the RCMP could settle this once and for all. Maybe they could also help him find his laptop.
