I am quite happy with my diet progress with Lose It! Itâ€™s been quite easy until last night when we ordered in some pizza from Papa Johnâ€™s. We got a couple of pizzaâ€™s, some breadsticks, some wings and I woke up 9 pounds heavier than I was yesterday morning. Tonight I am having a chefâ€™s salad.
My brother Lee recommended Lose It! to me. Itâ€™s an iPod Touch/iPhone app that makes it easy to track your calories and then stay within your calorie needs so you can lose weight. I have been using it for a couple of days and I really like it. I am on pace to lose 2 pounds a week. The thing that works for me is that I find that I donâ€™t snack because I donâ€™t have my iPod Touch with me which is stupid but it works.
