Great location and only 700 bucks a month.
I bet there are a ton of these spaces – Note that her space became a ‘hangout”- I think there is a market for a modular grid storage/bed/desk/foldup sofa system that one could assemble to fit a custom (in three dimensions) space. Sort of a Yakima Rack for “life”.
All the struts, shelves, ladders, etc., would be “fungible”. If you moved, you would trade in old pieces for new ones of the correct size. No cutting, and everything could be taken on the subway.
how about “jordonspace.com” – compact, flexible eating/writing/drawing/sleeping/fellowshipping in any color you want except silver and black.
