How photojournalists cover Capitol Hill

I found it interesting that there is almost double the amount of photographers on the Hill now as there was a decade ago. You would think in a day of journalism cutbacks, photo-ops could be outsourced to the wire services. It would be interested to see who are the agencies on the Hill that have photographers there everyday but I can’t find a list anywhere.
