Mark made it a decade today as he turned ten. We woke him up quite early this morning so I could give him his birthday presents before I went to work. I gave him Little Big Planet for the PSP, Wendy gave him a docking station for his iPod, Oliver gave him a Coleman clip-on watch, and the dogs gave him a compass and a case for his digital video camera.
Mark is blessed and burned by my rebellious spirit and attitude towards authority which causes the occasional conflict at school and at home but he has always been a great kid and Wendy and I are always proud of him, even when he attacks a climbing wall without safety gear.
