I feel sorry for Charlotte basketball fans… actually I don’t since they can always watch Duke, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Wake Forest, NASCAR… it’s a tough market for the NBA since college basketball is so huge.

Everyone knows that politicains are only in control of growth in budgets, not shrinkage. If new programs came with and ‘end date’ as well as a start date then future governments wouldn’t have to contend with balooning programs that become beloved, but fail to serve their purpose
Didn’t the Bush tax cuts have a end date to them? Of course not renewing such a program is fairly unpopular.
