Another record week for traffic at Jordon Cooper Outfitters which is cool. We featured some really fun products last week. My favorites were:
- Dorcy 5MM Headlamp :: For $7 it worked well enough to take Maggi for a late night walk without me falling all over the place as we wandered down an alley. It also generated a conversation with a local cop who actually bought my story that I was testing it out for my site. Of course he didn’t stop my because I was walking with a headlamp but it did come up in conversation.
- Bushnell Backtrack GPS :: I have talked about these when I created my Christmas wishlist for the outdoorsman.
- If you have ever wanted a custom made bicycle, check out Vanilla Bicycles. If you order one now, you can ride it sometime in 2015.
I am a fan of pocket watches and carry one once in a while. Both Victorinox and Wenger both make Swiss Army pocket watches and both could be worthy of passing down to the next generation.
Of course some weirdness last week in that all of my scheduled posts all published last week and ever since then Feedburner won’t publish to Twitter. Let’s hope the server gremlins have moved out and find a new home.
