Jordon – have you ever given thought to making these graveyard assignments out of two shifts? The first half would be covered by an 8 pm to 4 am person. The second half by a 4 AM to noon person. If a graveyard guy is missing, it’s hard to get total coverage, but if the workload is split, finding 4 hours of coverage is a lot easier – someone can start early or stay late.
I’ve always had a passion to help people. This is why I’m leaving my comment, on your website. I have a deep desire to help and give a word of encouragement to those who need it.
