		<description>It&#039;s absolutely rubbish being made redundant, but you need to see this as a positive thing not a negative thing. It&#039;s happened for a reason, whether or not we are aware of what that reason is. After I was made redundant, I was unemployed for two months which was a worrying time, bit it enabled me to step back, and find out about what I enjoyed and disliked about my last job. 

I love my new job! It&#039;s working with content management systems (CMS&#039;s) - that&#039;s the bit I liked about my last job, but the rest of it wasn&#039;t that fun. 

So in a nutshell, I&#039;m glad I was made redundant, even if I was inconsoleable at the time!</description>
