The Charlotte Observer reported last Saturday on its front page that Franklin has asked the BGEA board to accept his proposal to work for BGEA from now with no compensation. In other words, not just dropping the retirement contributions that you mention, but canceling his entire BGEA salary while continuing his duties as CEO.</description>
