- One of the realities of the Centre is that we deal with a lot of people who are illiterate but Wendy’s story kind of tops everything that I have heard.
- Speaking of Wendy, she has some photos posted of us at the lake this weekend. It was windy. Real windy. Of course I love blustery days at the lake. I may be weird but I prefer a weekend like last weekend over the hot days of August.
- For those of you who enjoyed Ken Burn’s documentary, The War, his book is excellent as well. When it came out, it was around $100 (Can) but Indigo has it for only $19.99 right now. I bought a copy this weekend and it is excellent. Big and heavy but excellent.

Re: Seahawks jersey – I agree with you. I like them, but they need to go back their original silver helmet to make it work. (And while they are at it, they should go back to their former coach too.)
Besides, anything beats the J.E.T.S. retro uniforms!
