Hung on the phone, got transferred all over, still no credit weeks later after someone on the phone said "we'll activate it next week." Also keep an eye on your charges. Mine is a pay as you go and I find sometimes money will disappear off the tops ups...50 cents here and there, when I have made no calls on it. I bought this phone last week after having my old cell phone for 4 years with Virgin. I researched it for sometime online, and so far have been pleased with it. I can't seem to send photo's either.
