I know a lot of people worship the ground that former Denver Broncos coach Mike Shanahan walks on but if you were a new untested General Manager, would you hire a coach that has a history of getting his general managers fired in Denver? It’s a pretty good bet that the Kansas City Chiefs won’t hire Mike Shanahan and will go with someone else who has a better track record of fixing horrible defenses.
