Wow. I didn’t realize you were doing the jackhammering! Here’s a tip if you do more.
Get a cheap angle grinder (Harbor Freight). Use a thin concrete wheel. Cut grooves in the concrete every foot, like a checkerboard. Smack it with a sledge. It will break into handy-size foot squares.
Then throw one square away, every week.
