There&#039;s quite a few things that could be the cause, most likely a plugin or try turning off the post revisions on Wordpress 2.6 (they&#039;re a new feature and cause some sites to go slow).

		<description>I find it mostly has to do with the server, not the program.  Wordpress is built for sites like yours with large amounts of data.  Not to rip into dreamhost at all, but maybe?</description>
