• I don't know how I missed this but apparently some Quebecois cheated during the 1995 election campaign :: It's the scandal most people in Quebec seem eager to forget - politicians, the so-called watchdogs of democracy in the media, even the courts.  This week, a Superior Court judge gave chief electoral officer Marcel Blanchet permission to destroy the evidence that would show the true extent of sovereignist cheating in the 1995 referendum.
