		<description>Any reason why this couldn&#039;t be configured as part of two shifts?  Like 8 PM to 4 AM, followed by $ AM to Noon?  Obviously, you&#039;d have to reshuffle other shifts, since you have a finite amount of money for staffing.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I have observed, in most professions, that few graveyard jobs are truly needed, and that overall quality is vastly improved, since you are picking from a wider pool of people.</description>
