I hope everyone has a nice Mother’s Day. Mark already is both doting on Wendy and trying to play with her gifts that he made her. We are soon off for some lunch and later I have been told we are headed to Canadian Tire for some gardening supplies which is Wendy’s Mother’s Day tradition.
Later tonight I am on a late night flight to Toronto. It isn’t the late flight that is going to be so rough, it is the 4:45 a.m. Saskatchewan time start of the day tomorrow that I am not looking forward to. Since I am staying with Dennis Camplin, I know he will kill me rather than share any of the coffee. I am in Toronto for the Free Methodist Church in Canada‘s Commission on Ecclessiology. I am responding to a paper by Howard Snyder which having read over several times is an excellent paper to set the tone for the commission. I will ask him for his permission to post a PDF of the paper online.
I am flying Air Canada which is rarely an enjoyable experience but my iPod is loaded up so I will hopefully find a way to pass the time. I have some good reading material for the flight so all should be good.
