Calling in sick

For the first time in a decade, I am calling in sick for church this Sunday. Whatever is wrong with me has gotten so bad that I can't handle it any longer. Well, I can handle it but it is best not to be around people as my writhing in pain makes people uncomfortable. That probably would take a little away from the sermon.

It's funny, pain that I used to have doesn't bother me at all anymore. I sprained my ankle and it doesn't bother me that much at all while before it would have quite a bit. Maybe it is my way of developing a really lame super power.
