I thought I would post this article as a reference for some of you. It provides a systematic overview of the US position and was an interesting read. The odd part of the speech is that it makes a more complete argument than George W. Bush ever has. USA Today is providing a less detailed overview of the European position here. It provides the facts but was poorly written. Like I care what the reporters taxi driver in Brussels thinks about geopolitics.
