Binary by Accident
Bill Simoni was suprised that that all of the currupt politicians aren't in Washington. Canada may not be known for much (outside of curling and hockey) but we believe in restoring those who have broken the law and then allow them to make the laws! A side ramble... what are the ethical ramifications of allowing someone who has run afowl of a law to vote on actually changing the law?
